All information, calculations and documents produced by the Service — including but not limited to GST, BAS and tax figures, superannuation and payroll amounts, PAYG withholding, depreciation, profit and loss, and cash-flow forecasts and suggestions — are general in nature and provided for convenience only. They are estimates based on the data you enter and on general rules that may change and may not suit your circumstances. They do not take into account your particular situation and are not financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice.
Payroll, PAYG withholding and superannuation features are based on published rates and formulas that change over time and may not apply to your employees or circumstances. We do not guarantee that any calculation is correct, current or compliant. Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting to the ATO may not be provided; where it is not, you remain responsible for your STP and other lodgement obligations using appropriate means.
Cash-flow forecasts and any related suggestions are projections based on assumptions and on the data available. Actual results will differ. They are not a guarantee of future performance and must not be relied on as financial advice.
While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that the Service or its output is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, penalty, interest or liability arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or anything it produces. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
